Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the pickup may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are initiated in cases of service failure, significant delays (over 12 hours), or if the service was not rendered as promised. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer success team.

3. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that an item is damaged or lost while in our care, customers may be eligible for compensation up to 10 times the cleaning cost of the item, provided a claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used durante booking.
